Cancer screening means looking for cancer before you have symptoms. The most common test that is used to screen for prostate cancer is a blood test called a prostate specific antigen (PSA) test. PSA is a substance your prostate makes. The test measures the amount of PSA in your blood.

These simply screenings may help to find cancer before it spreads to other places in the body and is a covered benefit under our medical plan. If you haven’t scheduled an annual physical with your health provider, don’t delay, get checked out now.
