Mental health is a huge part of overall health and should be a priority for everyone, whether you have a mental health condition or not. Each year, millions of Americans face the reality of living with a mental health condition. However, less than two-thirds get treatment. Mental illness affects everyone directly or indirectly through family, friends, or coworkers.

That is why each year, during the first week of October, the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) encourages us to raise awareness of mental illness, fight discrimination and provide support through Mental Illness Awareness Week (MIAW), October 3 – 9^th.

Let’s stand together for mental health and use our resources through TrilogyFIT. When visiting the site, be sure to check out Trilogy’s BeWell Employee Assistance Program (EAP). All employees and their household members are eligible for 5 FREE counseling sessions per year, per family member per issue.

We all struggle and need support throughout our lives in order to thrive. Mental wellness is impacts physical wellness and we want you to care for yourself so that you can care for others.
